Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences Reviews

Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is a good school, they have many resources to help with students academics.
I haven’t been there too often but from what I’ve seen so far I’m very happy and looking forward to what’s next.
As an incoming freshman, the experience has been great so far. I've met some of my professors, allowing me a chance to make a good first impression on them before the fall semester begins and I've made new friends in all sorts of different majors. The diversity there is also amazing, so many different ethnicities and culture all at one spot. It's incredible.

Our president makes more money than the president of Harvard which has 3x the student population. He’s bringing in over a million dollars every year while our school is outdated, at risk of losing accreditation, and lacking ample study space for the high amount of students they continue to accept each year. They jack up the acceptance rate, and force all the freshman to take extremely difficult “weed out” classes in order to make $30,000 off those students that drop out after their first year. Our graduation rate is so low because of this. i’m embarrassed to be a student of this university knowing that all my tuition is going into the presidents wallet. That being said, there is a very close knit community where we all bond over how much we hate our university. The classes are challenging and it is nice to be around like-minded people. I do love my university and the opportunities it has given me. However, this school would be a much better place without president Monahan.
MCPHS creates a fun environment for learning along with the best possible facilities and even more interesting professors. The dorms are strategically situated in a building and are therefore shielded from any harsh weather to ensure that it does not affect the learning of the students within. Furthermore, the school campus is located in the heart of Boston making every possible service very accessible to the students. If I had to change one thing about the school, it would be the amount of grants given to the underprivileged students and I would hope to change this during my course in the school by creating a forum for donations and suggesting a few events for fundraising.
I am going to school for Fall 2019 and when I visited I fell in love with the atmosphere. They advisors were helpful and the students that I have met showed me the ins and out and it made me more comfortable

I moved here two years ago and getting accepted to MCPHS was one of the best things that happened in my life. I really like this school, it made easier one me, due to all the help that the staff and the student provided. The professors are nice and they help the student whenever they want to. I really appreciate the opportunity that I have in MCPHS. Whenever students need help in different aspects of school life the school makes it easier for us. Even the local place of the school is surrounded by hospitals where it would be a great opportunity to find jobs since all its students are a future healthcare provider.
Although the size is small this school has a lot of diversity. There are various useful opportunities for your future like clubs and organizations that pertain to your major or interests. Even though the courses can get difficult, most of the professors offer help for your success.
It is a great school that prepares students for a medical based career. They offer a lot of medical programs. It also has 3 campuses located in Boston, Worcester, and even Manchester. I would recommend this institution to anyone looking to work in the medical field in the future. I really like how the school has become more diverse over the years, with students from many different backgrounds and races.
Overall this school has many great facilities and faculty. After just finishing my freshman year I am not yet aware of how great the education is since there has not been much new material yet. However a major complaint is that we do not have enough classrooms and resources for the growing number of students here.
I haven't been there yet but I really hope it's as good as everyone says it out to be. I've had friends who went there and based on what they say it's truly the best location with so many available resources at your disposal. My friends both major in Pharmacy so haven't say anything bad about the place so I assume all is well. I feel like going here will really open me up to lots of opportunities and help me further build on my career.
It has courses/majors/programs that fit you, mostly in science. Free swag, free fun, free activities and friendly environment
The school was at first like normal. Then many changes had occurred. Many professors were teaching courses they were not certified for. Many teachers could not speak English well enough to teach the topics.
Nursing program is completely disorganized and adds most of the stress we have endured. Teachers teach different, inconsistent things and have even taught things incorrectly. They love to waste your time and your money.
I toured the campus there as I am an incoming student and it was wonderful!
The tour was great and I got to meet plenty of students who said the same thing I am saying right now! Unfortunately, the tuition is a bit high hence why I am applying to this school but I am glad I have made this decision.
They were very welcoming. It is a small school which I like because you can have a better connection when it comes to the school work with your professor and classmates.

I really liked that the school was in the middle of boston and that it really helped me to become a mature young adult due to the fact that we had to find our own housing after freshman year. I didn't like that the school was fairly small and that there was very little study space available until my 4th year. Also, I thought that some of the programs were disorganized and unfair in terms of classes and professors specifically.

I like the campus from what I have seen I like where it is located and the education they provide. I am excited to the accepted students day and explore the campus.
This school is very unique. Not only is he campus different (Boston), but the expectations are very high and responsibility is huge. Very good school for those who are driven and passionate about what they want to do. Don’t expect to get the typical college party/social life when attending this school. Most people are extremely focused on their studies, so this is a great school for those who don’t want to be surrounded by a constant party scene.
