I doesn't appear that is the correct driver.

Windows 10 might supply it through Windows update or already is on OS.

If you change the OS on HP website to Windows 7 or 8.1, there is printer and ARK drivers.

If you can not get it installed using add printer in Devices and Printers, then You need to install it using Windows 7 or 8 compatibility mode. I would select Windows 7 compatibility.

Download the driver: Make sure you have Home 64 bit and not 32 bit. If you have 32 bit then get that one.
